Today we went hiking to a cave on Little Farmer’s Cay. Of course, it involved riding in the dinghy, walking up hills, and eventually finding the cave. We “parked” next to Oven Rock, which has a huge eagle’s nest the top. We then hiked down a path which was marked at the beginning by a man and woman’s sandals. Along the path were other markers left by people on the island, or more likely by cruisers. There were towers of rock, a bottle hanging on a branch, etc.
Eventually we found ourselves at the opening of a HUGE cave. Without the trail of crumbs we followed to get there, we would never have found it. There was water inside, along with numerous stalactites and stalagmites.
