Today, we walked about a mile to the grocery store in Matagorda Harbor.  It was actually a convenience store but did have a few items we needed.  As we were walking, we passed a few other buildings in this small town.  I took a photo of one, the Salty Dog, as we have friends who have a Manta sailboat named Salty Dawg.  I’m not sure why there were two liquor stores in the same building, but I liked the name of the other one - Matagordaville.  Cute!  I guess there is a little competition between the two stores, as the red signs on the posts say, “Salty Dog Parking Only!!!!” 

The weather is going to clear up Tuesday afternoon and we are leaving on Wednesday.
