The estate sale was very successful and most of the items are gone.  We still have a few loads to take to Goodwill.  We have someone very interested in renting the house and needs to be in August 1.  That means we have two weeks to get everything done, which is possible if we work constantly.

The boat should be in Ft. Lauderdale in a week.  So, the timing is going to be close for us to get aboard when we get there.
